JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - PT Nusantara Sejahtera Raya Tbk (CNMA) or Cinema XXI has approved a cash dividend distribution of Rp 980 billion for the 2025 fiscal year, equivalent to Rp 12 per share. The decision was taken at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on Monday (6/4/2026) in Jakarta. Of the total dividend, Rp 5 per share has been paid as an interim dividend on 28 November 2025. The remaining dividend of Rp 7 per share is scheduled to be paid on 28 April 2026. In addition, Rp 3.37 per share comes from the balance of retained earnings from previous years. Besides the dividend distribution, the AGMS also approved the transfer of treasury shares through proportional distribution to shareholders. The distribution ratio is set at 50:1, where every holder of 50 shares will receive 1 additional share. This distribution is scheduled to take place on 28 April 2026. In the same agenda, shareholders also approved changes to the company’s board composition following the resignation of Mohammad Noor Rachman Soejoeti from the position of Independent Commissioner. The Board of Directors remains led by Suryo Suherman as President Director, accompanied by Arif Suherman, Tri Rudy Anitio, and Dody Suhartono as Directors. Meanwhile, the Board of Commissioners consists of Ongki Wanadjati Dana as Chairman of the Board of Commissioners兼Independent Commissioner. Then, Melia Suherman as Commissioner, Harris Lasmana as Commissioner, Sacheen Harris Lasmana as Commissioner, Ariani Vidya Sofjan as Independent Commissioner, and Edwin Surya Winarta as Commissioner.
