CIMB Niaga launches 'business owners smart solution' service

PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (CIMB Niaga) has launched the Business Owners Smart Solution (BOSS) service.

“If you wish to obtain preferred banking or private wealth services, typically what is calculated is your personal funds. We would like to introduce a unique solution, whereby to obtain preferred or private wealth services from CIMB Niaga, you can combine your personal funds and your company funds,” said Head of Emerging Business Banking CIMB Niaga, Tony Tardjo, at the product launch event in Jakarta on Wednesday.

Through the BOSS service, customers will be served by a single Client Relationship Manager (RM) who understands both their business and personal needs. This is intended to give customers more time to manage their business or spend time with family.

Furthermore, the BOSS service also provides an opportunity for employees working in certain businesses to obtain loans at very competitive interest rates, as well as free transfer fees.

“So, with this one solution, your business, your personal life, and even your employees can all receive greater benefits,” said Tony.

He further explained that business owners in the preferred and private customer categories of CIMB Niaga can also enjoy many benefits provided by the bank.
