Cimanggis-Cibitung Toll Operator Enhances Services with New 24-Hour Call Centre Number

PT Cimanggis Cibitung Tollways (CCT) has officially announced an update to the call centre number for the Cimanggis-Cibitung Toll Road. Effective from 4 August 2026, toll road users can contact the new service number, 14050.

CCT President Director Y. Widi Suharyanto said in a press statement that this strategic step was taken as a tangible form of the company’s commitment to providing faster and more efficient communication access. It is also part of comprehensive efforts to continually improve service quality for road users.

The number 14050 was chosen for being far simpler, shorter, and easier for motorists to remember. This ease is expected to help road users who need a quick response, whether for emergency assistance, traffic condition information, or other operational services along the toll route.

Widi added that the 14050 call centre number is supported by a responsive team operating fully around the clock, 24 hours a day, to ensure services and information are always available to road users travelling on the Cimanggis-Cibitung Toll Road.

To ensure a smooth transition and avoid confusion for people accustomed to the previous contact, the old call centre number, 021-29941002, will remain active and can be reached in parallel until October 2026.

In addition to telephone services, CCT has confirmed that its interactive text message service via WhatsApp will not change. Road users can continue to submit complaints or request information through the WhatsApp number 0888-0923-9889.

Through this service integration and update, CCT hopes to continue delivering excellent service so that every journey on the Cimanggis-Cibitung Toll Road feels safe, comfortable, and smooth.
