Encih is an elderly woman who lives alone. The almost-centenarian is a resident of Maga Village, Pasirbaru Village, Pagelaran District, Cianjur Regency, West Java.
Her life is difficult. To make a living, Encih usually sells agricultural products. Not her own, but products that others entrust to her to sell. She only takes a small profit from the sales.
A few days ago, the Cianjur Police Chief, Commissioner Akhmad Alexander Yurikho Hadi, and his team visited Encih’s house. There, the Police Chief provided assistance and planned to repair Encih’s house, which was deemed uninhabitable.
On Wednesday (February 25), the Cianjur Police and the Pagelaran Police began renovating Encih’s house. With the help of local residents, the house renovation was carried out together.
