Chronology of Truck Ramming Tebet Eco Park Bus Stop, Causing Extensive Damage

The Tebet Eco Park bus stop in South Jakarta sustained extensive damage after being struck by a truck. Police are currently working to identify the vehicle involved. The incident was reported on Thursday (25/6/2026) at approximately 2.50 a.m. Western Indonesia Time. An officer named Panji was on duty at the ticket counter when the truck passed through the area. All vehicles, not just trucks, were being diverted onto the busway because road resurfacing work was underway on the main road. The truck’s load then became caught on the roof structure. A Transjakarta officer went outside to check the situation, but the truck immediately accelerated and fled the scene. As a result of the collision, the ceiling panel above door C was damaged. The automatic doors and glass panels were also shattered, and the gate was rendered inoperable.
