On the occasion, the Governor said the presence of PT DKV Printing Indonesia is proof that Central Java remains trusted as an investment destination amid global geopolitical dynamics. “As Governor of Central Java, I express my gratitude; today the DKV company has been opened,” he said. He stated that the investment is not only capital-intensive, requiring very large investment in fixed assets such as machinery, factories, and technology, but also brings technology and human resource development to Central Java. The Governor assessed that the entry of this high-tech industry will strengthen Central Java’s competitiveness, while driving economic growth and opening more job opportunities for the community. According to him, labour absorption is one of the important measures of investment. The government does not only pursue the amount of incoming capital, but also looks at its impact on job creation, improvement of workforce competence, technology transfer, and strengthening of local industry. “Central Java is one of the provinces that has competitiveness, both in terms of labour and investment in Indonesia,” he said. The Governor added that Central Java continues to attract investor interest from various countries, including Singapore, Hong Kong, China, South Korea, and several other nations. At the same location, an opening ceremony was also held for PT Foodindo Dwivestamas.
