China Light-PLN deal

HONG KONG (Reuter): Hong Kong's China Light & Power Co Ltd
said it had signed a one-year extension of the existing
Memorandum of Understanding with Indonesia's state electricity
company, PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN).

The MOU between PLN and China Light's wholly owned CLP
(International) Ltd is for cooperation in the exchange of data
and information and joint feasibility studies on selected aspects
of planning, design, development and operation of electric power
facilities, China Light said.
