Children's Bicycle Segment Projected to Continue Growing in 2026
National bicycle manufacturer United Bike, managed by PT Terang Dunia Internusa Tbk (UNTD), is expanding its product line by developing a series of children’s bicycles in anticipation of 2026.
This development involves introducing various models of children’s bicycles, ranging from small to medium wheel sizes. The products are designed with safety and comfort in mind to support children’s physical activity.
United Bike presents two design approaches in this line, namely models with a sporty character and variants that emphasize a more expressive appearance. In addition, there are also special editions that offer thematic design options for children.
Director of PT Terang Dunia Internusa Tbk, Andrew Mulyadi, said that bicycles are not only a means of transportation but can also be a tool to support children’s physical development.
“Bicycles are not just a means of transportation, but part of a child’s growth and development experience. Through the United Bike children’s bicycle line, we continue to innovate by presenting products that are safe and functional,” he said in an official statement, Thursday (February 26).
According to Andrew, family interest in outdoor activities for children is expected to continue to increase in 2026, along with the need for healthy and safe recreational facilities.
He added that the company will strengthen product innovation, distribution, and after-sales service to meet these needs.
Currently, United Bike children’s bicycle products are available through a network of official dealers and various online sales channels.
