Chery Prepares 22 Service Centres to Support Consumers During 2026 Eid Holiday Travel
Jakarta — Chery Indonesia is preparing after-sales service to support consumers travelling during the 2026 Eid holiday period (mudik).
Through the Chery Family Care programme, 22 authorised service centres will operate across various cities during the Eid travel period, specifically from 18 to 24 March 2026.
In an official statement, Chery explained that this initiative aims to ensure customers can undertake Eid holiday travel more safely and comfortably through dedicated technical service support available during their journeys.
The programme includes discounts of up to 30 per cent on certain spare parts and 10 per cent off service labour costs. These promotional offers apply to all Chery models, including oil change services, during the same period.
Chery’s standby service centres for this year’s Eid celebration are spread across an authorised network in several cities.
Additionally, customers can contact Chery Customer Care 24 hours a day at 0800-179-7979 should they require assistance during their mudik journey.
Beyond strengthening after-sales services, Chery Indonesia also offers vehicles featuring various technologies, ranging from Internal Combustion Engine (ICE), Battery Electric Vehicle (EV), to Chery Super Hybrid (CSH).
For those choosing environmentally-friendly mobility in urban areas and intercity travel, the Chery J6, J6T, and E5 are available.
The Chery Super Hybrid (CSH) technology is currently claimed to be one of the increasingly popular vehicle lines among Indonesian consumers. Budi Darmawan Jantania, Vice Country Director of Chery Business Unit, explained that models featuring hybrid technology currently account for approximately 40 per cent of Chery’s total sales in Indonesia.
