Chery Holds Global Technician Training, Focusing on CSH Technology

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Chery has just completed a three-day centralised global technical training programme in Wuhu, China, with participation from 18 countries.

This activity is designed to strengthen the capabilities of service network technicians, particularly in diagnosis, technical handling, and the optimisation of the performance of Chery Super Hybrid-based vehicles.

In its official statement, Chery said that this programme is part of an effort to align the competency standards of technicians in various regions, including Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Europe.

This step also supports the implementation of the “Chery Family Care” global service philosophy, which aims to ensure a more consistent and professional service experience for customers in various markets.

Chery combines theoretical learning with practical, hands-on experience in the field. This method ensures that technicians not only deeply understand the technical principles but are also able to efficiently handle various vehicle conditions in real-world situations.

In the future, Chery plans to establish four new regional training centres by 2026, located in Latin America, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. These facilities are designed to provide more localised technical support, with training programmes that adapt to the characteristics of the market, environmental conditions, and the needs of users in each region.
