Check the Nearest Healthcare Facility Tracking Feature on Mobile JKN During Mudik
Jakarta — BPJS Kesehatan is ensuring that migrants returning home will receive comprehensive healthcare services during this year’s Lebaran holiday travel.
One key feature is the ability to identify the nearest healthcare facility to travellers’ locations, enabling rapid treatment in case of emergencies.
Akmal Budi Yulianto, Director of Membership at BPJS Kesehatan, stated that the Mobile JKN application can be used online to track the nearest healthcare facilities available to migrants.
“We are ensuring that the Mobile JKN service connected to the Mobile JKN online application continues to function well. One of its functions is to identify the location of the nearest healthcare facility for each participant,” he said during a press conference at BPJS Kesehatan’s Jakarta office on Monday (9 March 2026).
Additionally, the Mobile JKN application can be used to check membership status and activation, find healthcare facility telephone numbers, check hospital inpatient room availability, and access information services and complaint channels.
However, Akmal urged JKN members to verify their membership status before travelling for mudik, to ensure they can continue receiving BPJS Kesehatan services during their journey and at their destination.
“We urge participants to confirm that their membership status is active before undertaking mudik travel,” Akmal emphasised.
