JAKARTA — Subsidised housing is a residential product provided for low-income households (MBR) offering affordable pricing and extended payment terms.

Subsidised housing purchases can be made through the Home Ownership Credit (KPR) Housing Finance Liquidity Facility (FLPP) programme, managed by the People’s Housing Savings Board (BP Tapera).

To utilise this facility, several requirements must be met by KPR subsidy applicants.

Low-income households wishing to purchase subsidised housing can directly download the SIKASEP/Tapera Mobile application to select a house and choose from participating banks.

Subsidised housing prices in 2026 will not increase from 2025 levels. This was confirmed by BP Tapera Commissioner Heru Pudyo Nugroho.

“The 2026 KPR FLPP housing prices will not increase; they will remain consistent across the five regional zones,” said Heru in a separate statement.

Subsidised housing prices are regulated under draft Ministerial Decree of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Number 689/KPTS/M/2023.

Accordingly, in 2026, subsidised housing prices will continue to follow the maximum prices previously in effect.

The maximum selling prices for subsidised housing across Indonesian regions in 2026 remain unchanged from the previous year’s established rates.
