Charnic Capital Increases Stake in Fuji Finance

Investment company PT Charnic Capital Tbk has reported an increase in its shareholding in financing firm PT Fuji-Fuji Finance Indonesia Tbk. According to an information disclosure report, Charnic Capital’s voting rights have now surged to 7.83 percent. In a report released on Tuesday (7/7/2026), Charnic Capital’s management stated that the accumulation of share purchases was carried out for the company’s investment portfolio allocation. Through this series of transactions, the number of shares owned by Charnic Capital increased significantly from the previous 73,132,000 units (5.63 percent) to 101,818,500 units. The series of purchases was entirely executed on Monday, 6 July 2026, through a direct ownership scheme on the capital market. Based on transaction details, Charnic Capital bought shares at varying prices, ranging from a low of Rp179.00 per share to a high of Rp199.00 per share. Several large-volume purchase transactions included 6.05 million shares at a price of Rp180.00 and 4.53 million shares at a price of Rp179.00. Despite the significant increase in share ownership, Charnic Capital Tbk confirmed that its ownership status does not constitute that of a controlling shareholder in PT Fuji-Fuji Finance Indonesia Tbk.
