Characteristics of Koh Andre, 'The Doctor' Methamphetamine Supplier Wanted by Police

Indonesia’s Narcotics Crime Directorate (Dittipidnarkoba) of the National Police Criminal Investigation Command (Bareskrim Polri) is pursuing Koh Andre, alias ‘The Doctor’, who is suspected of supplying methamphetamine to drug trafficker Erwin Iskandar, also known as Koko Erwin.

The pursuit began with Koh Andre’s inclusion on the wanted persons list (DPO) issued on 1 March 2026.

According to Brigadier General Eko Hadi Santoso, Director of the Narcotics Crime Directorate at Bareskrim Polri, Koh Andre is a drug seller or distributor who brings narcotics into Indonesia via overland and cargo routes.

Andre supplies various types of narcotics, including methamphetamine, vapes containing etomidate and “happy water”, he explained. “He imports vape cartridges containing etomidate branded Ferrari and Lamborghini,” Santoso stated in Jakarta on Monday (2 March).

The Doctor also maintains a network in Riau province. “Vape cartridges containing etomidate are sent by sea from Malaysia through Dumai, Riau. Meanwhile, methamphetamine shipments typically use cargo services, packaged inside dolls and wrapped in gift boxes,” he added.

In connection with Koko Erwin’s network, Andre sold methamphetamine to the suspected trafficker in two separate transactions.

According to the wanted persons notice obtained by ANTARA news agency, Koh Andre’s full name is Andre Fernado. He resides in Cempaka Putih, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta and is listed as self-employed.

The man, born in 1994, is described as 165 centimetres tall, weighing 70 kilogrammes, with short straight black hair, an overweight build, and olive complexion.

“He should be monitored, arrested, surrendered, or his whereabouts reported to investigators at the police station mentioned above, contact number 081385277785,” the wanted persons notice stated.
