Changes to Telkomsel's Board Composition
JAKARTA — To reinforce Telkomsel’s commitment to strengthening governance and strategic leadership in response to industry dynamics while maintaining profitability and sustainable growth, PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. (Telkom Indonesia) and Singapore Telecom Mobile Pte. Ltd. (Singtel), as shareholders of PT Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel), decided on 29 May 2026 to appoint Muhammad Yusuf Ateh as a Telkomsel commissioner effective 1 June 2026.
No changes were made to the other commissioner and director positions. The current Telkomsel board of commissioners is as follows:
