Changan introduces premium mobility to the younger generation

Jakarta (ANTARA) - Chinese automaker Changan, at the Indomobil Expo 2026, is focusing on introducing the concept of urban lifestyle and premium smart driving to the public, particularly the younger generation and modern families, through two electric vehicles: the Deepal SO7 and Lumin.

CEO of Changan Indonesia, Setiawan Surya, stated that trust in electric vehicles in the domestic automotive market has been steadily increasing and is becoming a necessity for urban lifestyles.

“We see that electric vehicles have now evolved into a part of modern lifestyles supported by intelligent technology, comfort, and efficiency for daily mobility. Through the Changan Lumin and Deepal S07, we aim to deliver a driving experience that is not only innovative but also relevant to the needs of today’s urban society,” said Setiawan Surya in his official statement on Thursday.

“With modern design, smart features, and advancing electrification technology, Changan presents itself as a sustainable mobility solution that can be enjoyed more closely by the public,” added Setiawan Surya.

In addition, various sales programmes are being offered during the Indomobil Expo. Changan is providing promotions such as low down payments starting at 10 per cent, Sharia credit packages, zero per cent interest for up to five years, and financing terms of up to seven years.
