PT Chandra Daya Investasi Tbk (CDIA), through its subsidiary PT Chandra Shipping International (CSI), has announced a plan to acquire a portion of shares in PT Armada Maritim Persada (AMP), a subsidiary of PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Tbk (CUAN). In an information disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), on 30 June 2026, CSI, together with CUAN and AMP, signed a Conditional Agreement for the share acquisition in AMP. Under the agreement, CSI plans to invest in AMP by subscribing to new shares to be issued by AMP, with an investment value of US$90 million. The management of CDIA stated that the investment is made to support AMP’s business growth and development plans and is expected to provide economic benefits to the group through increased investment value and dividend income. The agreement is effective from the date of signing and will remain in force unless terminated earlier in accordance with its provisions. This transaction is categorised as an affiliated transaction as defined in POJK 42/2020, given the affiliation between CSI and AMP through their common ultimate beneficial owner, Prajogo Pangestu.
