PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk, or Chandra Asri Group, booked revenue of US$5.3 billion in the first half of 2026, with EBITDA of US$802.6 million and net profit of US$371.2 million. This performance reflects the resilience of the company’s integrated business model amidst global petrochemical industry volatility, supported by portfolio diversification in the Energy, Chemicals, and Infrastructure sectors through disciplined execution, strategic asset integration, and sustainable business expansion.

Group CFO and Director of Chandra Asri Group, Andre Khor, stated that amid global industry volatility, the company’s focus is not only on maintaining short-term performance but also on ensuring that every transformation step is carried out with discipline to build an increasingly strong and diversified growth foundation. “The first half of 2026 performance shows that this strategy has successfully strengthened the company’s integrated business model while reflecting the successful transformation of Chandra Asri Group into a regional platform in the Energy, Chemicals, and Infrastructure sectors,” Andre said.

In line with its long-term growth strategy, the company also continued to strengthen its capital structure through the completion of the final issuance of Sustainable Bonds V, which was oversubscribed, and increased its free float to 25.7%. This step strengthens funding flexibility, increases stock trading liquidity, strengthens corporate governance, and enhances Chandra Asri Group’s attractiveness to both domestic and global investors.

“Going forward, we remain focused on executing our growth strategy through disciplined investment, strengthening the capital structure, and completing strategic projects such as CA-EDC to strengthen the company’s competitiveness in Southeast Asia,” he added. He elaborated that in the Chemicals sector, the company continues to expand regional capabilities through the construction of the Chandra Asri Alkali – Ethylene Dichloride (CA-EDC) plant, which has now reached 72% completion and entered the main infrastructure construction phase. This national strategic project remains on target to commence commercial operations in 2027. The company has also taken a Final Investment Decision (FID) for an US$80 million C2 export expansion project, which will increase export capacity, strengthen supply chain flexibility, and optimise the integration of Aster operations in Singapore with Chandra Asri Group’s downstream facilities in Indonesia.
