PT IAS Support Indonesia (IAS Support) has officially integrated 4,441 outsourced workers from PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia as part of the IAS Group’s Operation Support portfolio restructuring. The President Director of PT IAS Support Indonesia, Muhammad Putra Pariadi, stated that this step marks a new chapter in the company’s transformation into IAS Support People, which is more structured, professional, and oriented towards service excellence. He explained that the transition process has been prepared gradually since February 2026 through three main stages: planning, consolidation, and field implementation. IAS Support conducted internal coordination, operational needs mapping, and preparation of work structures at all service points to ensure the transition proceeds in a measured and controlled manner. As a manifestation of commitment to transparency and healthy communication, IAS Support has carried out a series of socialisations to outsourced workers at 15 branches from 8–13 March 2026, involving central and area management. After the socialisation, he said, all workers are ensured to complete administration in accordance with company policy without disrupting the continuity of airport operations under PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia. Based on the latest data mapping, as of 1 April 2026, 4,441 outsourced workers have officially joined IAS Support Indonesia, with a composition of 3,534 males (about 80%) and 907 females (about 20%). He explained that the age distribution of the workforce ranges from 19-56 years and is dominated by productive ages, thus forming a strong human resources foundation to maintain service quality and airport operational continuity. “With the joining of outsourced workers in this transition process, the number of human resources at PT IAS Support Indonesia now reaches 17,703 personnel spread across various strategic work areas in Indonesia,” stated Muhammad Putra Pariadi on Thursday (2/4/2026). He added that this number reinforces IAS Support Indonesia’s role as one of the large-scale airport support service providers, while also becoming the main force in maintaining service continuity and operational quality under PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia. “The success of the transition does not only rely on systems, but primarily on individual commitment. This is the beginning of a new journey. IAS Support Indonesia not only accepts colleagues as workers, but as part of a large family that will grow together. With one commitment and one goal, we can contribute the best with full responsibility,” he said. The Director of Human Capital at PT Integrasi Aviasi Solusi (IAS), Israwadi, emphasised that this integration is part of the IAS Group’s major portfolio restructuring agenda to build a more integrated, efficient, and professional company. “The integration of outsourced workers strengthens the IAS Group service ecosystem and becomes an important step in addressing the dynamic challenges of the aviation industry,” he revealed. He added that IAS Support Indonesia has prepared an HR management structure, operational reporting system, and service supervision mechanism with a target of zero disruption during the transition period. This step is bound by four main pillars: direct involvement of the board of directors, presence of strategic stakeholders, symbolisation of identity unification, and declaration of joint commitment as IAS Support People. PT IAS Support Indonesia is a strategic entity of IAS committed to delivering the best services for the national airport industry.
