Como 1907 manager Cesc Fabregas has handed decisions on Nico Paz’s future to club president Mirwan Suwarso, with the Argentine midfielder’s fate now in the hands of the club’s leadership.

Fabregas’s stance comes as Paz has proven indispensable to Como’s push for a Champions League spot next season, delivering outstanding statistics and key attributes such as vision, free-kick expertise, and precise passing.

The 21-year-old joined Como in summer 2024 from Real Madrid, but the Spanish giants included a €9m buy-back clause in his contract, sparking speculation over his future.
