CEO and President Commissioner of Astra Otoparts Resign

President Director of PT Astra Otoparts Tbk (AUTO), Hamdani Dzulkarnaen Salim, has resigned from his position. In addition to Hamdani, the President Commissioner of Astra Otoparts, Gidion Hasan, has also resigned.

The company has received resignation requests from Mr Hamdani Dzulkarnaen Salim as President Director and Mr Gidion Hasan as President Commissioner through their letters dated 18 March 2026, the Astra Otoparts management wrote in an information disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Wednesday, 25 March 2026.

The resignation requests from Hamdani Dzulkarnaen Salim and Gidion Hasan will be decided at the nearest General Meeting of Shareholders of the company. The company’s annual general meeting is scheduled to take place on Friday, 17 April 2026.

Based on the official Astra Otoparts website, Hamdani Dzulkarnaen Salim has been appointed as the company’s President Director since 2013. Previously, he served as Vice President Director of PT Astra Otoparts Tbk from April to October 2013. He also held positions as Director of PT Astra Honda Motor and Director of PT FSCM Manufacturing Indonesia.

Meanwhile, Gidion Hasan was appointed as President Commissioner based on the company’s annual general meeting decision on 11 April 2019 for the first period. Gidion began his career in the Astra Group in 1999. He served as Director of PT Astra International Tbk in 2015.
