JAKARTA (JP): Century 21 Indonesia property brokegare company
of the Ciputra property group expanded its realtor networks here
by the opening of a new franchise member, Century 21 Citra
Mandiri.

Rina Ciputra, president of Century 21, saw the opening of the
new property brokerage firm, as quite timely because concerted,
well-targetted marketing effort has become even more vital now
when the property market is being depressed by the credit crunch.

Rina said when she opened the Century 21 Citra Mandiri that
Century 21, which is affliated with one of the world's biggest
property brokers-- the California-based Century 21 Real Estate
Corporation-- had thus far recruited 25 broker members with
offices spred out in the Greater Jakarta Area, Surabaya and
Denpasar.
