JAKARTA - PT Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk (CENT), a subsidiary of EdgePoint Infrastructure (EdgePoint), has appointed Jacopo Rigamonti as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), replacing Raymond Yan, who previously held the position. Shareholders also appointed Kania Mustikasari as Director and Chief People & Corporate Affairs Officer. The leadership changes will take effect on 1 July 2026.

The transition reflects the company’s ongoing focus on leadership continuity and long-term value creation in Indonesia’s digital infrastructure sector. In his new role, Jacopo will lead Centratama’s entire business with a focus on value creation and growth, strengthening customer partnerships, driving infrastructure innovation, and continuing the company’s expansion across Indonesia.

‘I am honoured to take on this new responsibility in Centratama’s current journey. Over the past few years, we have built strong momentum across all business lines, and I look forward to continuing this progress with the team,’ Jacopo said in a press statement on Tuesday (26 May 2026).

He assured that Centratama will continue to deliver high-quality digital infrastructure solutions supporting Indonesia’s connectivity ambitions. ‘At the same time, we will continue to create long-term value for customers, partners, employees, shareholders, and the community,’ he added.

EdgePoint Infrastructure Chief Executive Officer Suresh Sidhu said Indonesia’s telecommunications landscape is rapidly evolving, driven by growing demand for seamless connectivity, fibre expansion, 5G adoption, and digital infrastructure growth. ‘As Centratama enters its next growth phase, we are confident that Jacopo’s leadership, commercial vision, and deep industry understanding will position the company strongly to capitalise on these opportunities and create value for all stakeholders,’ Suresh Sidhu added.

Under Raymond’s leadership, Centratama expanded its portfolio from around 4,600 sites to over 11,000 across Indonesia, doubled its fibre network to 5,000 km, and strengthened the company’s role in supporting Indonesia’s growing digital ambitions and 5G ecosystem. Alongside strengthening national service coverage, Raymond’s tenure also saw industry-leading EBITDA margins, implementation of 5G In-Building Coverage solutions in high-density commercial areas of North Jakarta, and the development of Fixed Wireless Access and non-MNO businesses.

Furthermore, Centratama announced the appointment of Dato’ Charon Wardini bin Mokhzani as an Independent Commissioner on the Board of Commissioners. His appointment will take effect from 30 June 2026. He currently serves as Chairman of Takaful Malaysia Keluarga Berhad Group and Chairman of EXIM Bank Malaysia. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at CIMB Group, including CEO of CIMB Investment Bank Berhad, and served as Group Managing Director of MIDF and Founding Managing Director of Khazanah Research Institute.
