Central Sulawesi Law Ministry Regional Office introduces Apostille Fast-Track service

The Central Sulawesi Regional Office of the Ministry of Law has introduced an Apostille Fast-Track service for members of the public who require an Apostille Certificate quickly, as part of the 2026 AHU Impact Festival.

“This Apostille Fast-Track service reflects our commitment to continuously providing legal services that are fast, easy, and offer certainty to the public,” said Head of the Central Sulawesi Regional Office of the Ministry of Law, Rakhmat Renaldy, in Palu on Saturday.

He said that with the accelerated process, the public no longer needs to wait several working days to obtain an Apostille Certificate.

He explained that under the Fast-Track scheme, the verification process, which under the regular service can take up to three working days, has been expedited so that it can be completed on the same day.

As a result, the Apostille Certificate can be printed immediately and affixed to the document submitted by the applicant.

According to him, the service acceleration is part of efforts to deliver public services that are responsive to the needs of the community.

He said the momentum of the 2026 AHU Impact Festival provides an opportunity for the Central Sulawesi Regional Office of the Ministry of Law to bring general legal administration services even closer to the public.

The office is working to ensure that services are delivered professionally, quickly, and with certainty.

The Apostille service, he said, provides convenience for members of the public who need public document legalisation for use in countries that are parties to the Apostille Convention.

He added that with the Fast-Track service, the process is expected to become more efficient and to support the needs of the public, including for education, employment, administration, and other interests abroad.
