Central Sulawesi Deputy Governor Welcomes Deputy Investment Minister for 2025 Investment Target Consolidation

Central Sulawesi Deputy Governor Reny A Lamadjido received a working visit from Deputy Minister of Investment and Downstreaming/Deputy Head of the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), Todotua Pasaribu, at Mutiara Sis Aljufri Airport in Palu on 17 April 2025.

The working visit was held in connection with the 2025 Investment Realisation Target Consolidation Meeting with heads of the One-Stop Integrated Investment and Licensing Service (DPMPTSP) across Central Sulawesi and Special Economic Zone (KEK) administrators. The objective was to ensure the achievement of investment targets in Central Sulawesi.

Also present to welcome the Deputy Minister were Central Sulawesi Police Chief Agus Nugroho, Assistant for Economic Affairs and Development Rudi Dewanto, Head of the National Unity and Political Affairs Agency Arfan, Head of DPMPTSP Moh Rifani, Head of the Environmental Agency Yopie Patiro, as well as the Head of the Government Bureau and the Head of the Economic Bureau of the Central Sulawesi Regional Secretariat.

Todotua Pasaribu was born in Palu on 14 January 1980. Despite his Batak heritage, he has close ties to Central Sulawesi, as his father, Liberty Pasaribu, once served as Head of the Legal Bureau of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Government. Liberty Pasaribu also served as Head of the Central Sulawesi Tourism Agency.

During his time in Palu, Liberty Pasaribu and his family resided in the Governor's Office Housing Complex on Jalan Gelatik, South Palu district. After leaving Central Sulawesi, Liberty Pasaribu served as Regional Secretary of Toba Samosir, then as deputy regent, and finally as acting regent. Todotua Pasaribu's mother is also a woman of Torajan descent from South Sulawesi.
