The Central Lombok District Prosecutor’s Office (Kejari Lombok Tengah) has displayed seized corruption proceeds totalling Rp 3.1 billion. The funds were obtained from the assets of convicted individuals Nyoman Suwarjana (Rp 2.6 billion), Fikhan Sahidu (Rp 333 million), and Muzakir Langkir (Rp 120 million).

Nyoman Suwarjana was convicted in a corruption case concerning the construction of a passenger terminal and supporting facilities at Lombok International Airport (BIL) from 2008 to 2010. Fikhan Sahidu was convicted for corruption related to the construction of an access road to Gunung Tunak Nature Tourism Park (TWA) under the NTB Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (PUPR) for the 2017 fiscal year. Muzakir Langkir is a convicted felon in a corruption case involving the Praya Regional General Hospital (RSUD).

Head of the Central Lombok Prosecutor’s Office, Putri Ayu Wulandari, stated that the incoming funds constitute Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) resulting from a strategy to recover state financial losses, achieved through both asset auctions and the execution of legally binding court rulings against the three corruption convicts.

Ayu explained that the current paradigm for eradicating corruption no longer focuses solely on imprisonment for perpetrators but must be aligned with the maximum pursuit and recovery of assets. “The deposit of this total Rp 3.1 billion is our strong commitment to asset recovery. We ensure that state losses can be restored by pursuing, seizing, and returning assets from criminal acts of corruption to the state treasury,” Putri told journalists during a press conference at the Central Lombok Prosecutor’s Office on Wednesday (17/6/2026).

Putri detailed that the substantial asset recovery funds were collected from the execution of three different corruption cases within the NTB jurisdiction. The first was the asset recovery from the corruption case of convict Nyoman Suwarjana. “In this case, the Central Lombok Prosecutor’s Office successfully auctioned the convict’s asset, a plot of land and building with Freehold Certificate (SHM) Number 2563 located in Tonja Village, North Denpasar, Bali. This strategic asset was sold for Rp 2,660,084,000 and immediately deposited as part of the state loss recovery,” she revealed.

Secondly, Putri noted the execution of state loss recovery from the corruption case involving the construction of the access road to Gunung Tunak Nature Tourism Park under the NTB PUPR Agency for the 2017 Fiscal Year. “Based on Supreme Court Decision Number 3313 K/Pid.Sus/2026 dated 23 April 2026, the executor prosecutor executed the repayment money from convict Fikhan Sahidu amounting to Rp 333,598,997,” she asserted.

Thirdly, the settlement of replacement funds in the corruption case concerning irregularities in the procurement of food supplies at Praya Regional Hospital for the 2017-2020 fiscal years. From the total state loss of Rp 1.76 billion charged to convict Muzakir Langkir, the asset recovery process successfully executed the remaining payment shortfall, which has been fully settled at Rp 120 million.

“This asset recovery deposit is intended to support accountable state financial management while sending a firm message that corruptors will not be able to enjoy the fruits of their crimes,” she concluded.
