Investigators from the West Nusa Tenggara High Prosecutor’s Office (Kejati NTB) raided the Central Lombok National Land Agency (BPN) office. Several documents were seized during the raid.

The Head of Legal Information and Public Relations at Kejati NTB, Muhammad Harum Al Rasyid, stated that the raid was conducted by a special criminal team to search for documents related to the case under investigation.

“The team conducted a search and seizure of several documents suspected to be related to the case being investigated for evidentiary purposes,” said Harun on Tuesday (7/4/2026).

The raid took place on Monday (6/4/2026) based on the search warrant from the Head of the West Nusa Tenggara High Prosecutor’s Office Number: PRINT-68/N.2/Fd.1/01/2026 dated 26 January 2026, and the determination from the Praya District Court Number: 16/Pid.Sus.Geledah/2026/PN Pya dated 20 February 2026.

During the raid, several documents were secured. However, the details of those documents were not specified.

“The team secured data and information relevant to the aforementioned case,” he explained.

The case under investigation concerns alleged gratification and money laundering crimes (TPPU) involving Subhan, the former Head of BPN Central Lombok.

The gratification and TPPU case occurred between 2020 and 2025. At that time, Subhan served as Head of BPN Sumbawa and Central Lombok.

It is known that Subhan is currently also a suspect in a corruption case involving the procurement of 70 hectares of land used for the MXGP Samota circuit in Sumbawa in 2022-2023.

In that case, Kejati NTB also named two other suspects, namely Muhammad Jan from the Public Appraisal Services Office (KJPP) and Pung Saifullah Zulkarnain as the owner of KJPP.

The 70-hectare land was purchased by the Sumbawa Regency Government from former East Lombok Regent Ali Bin Dachlan for Rp 52 billion.

During the investigation, investigators found a state loss of Rp 6.7 billion in the land procurement process. That state loss has been returned to Kejati NTB by Ali BD as the payment recipient.

During the land procurement, Subhan served as Head of BPN Sumbawa and acted as the chairman of the land procurement implementation team.

As suspects, the three are charged under Article 603 and/or Article 604 in conjunction with Article 20 letter a or c of Law No. 1 of 2023 on the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 18 of Law No. 31 of 1999 on the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption as amended by Law No. 20 of 2001 on Amendments to Law No. 31 of 1999 on the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption.
