Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara — The District Community Empowerment and Village Services Office (DPMD) of Central Lombok District, West Nusa Tenggara Province, stated that disbursement of village allocation funds (ADD) for the 2026 fiscal year to village official honorariums has been completed at 100 per cent.

“ADD payments in 142 villages in Central Lombok have been completed at 100 per cent,” said Acting Head of the Central Lombok District DPMD Lalu Aknal Afandi in Central Lombok on Thursday.

He noted that the precondition for the first-stage 2026 ADD disbursement was that all villages complete preparation of their village revenue and expenditure budgets (APBDes).

“Currently all villages have completed their APBDes. This has been a priority at the beginning of 2026,” he said.

After completing this process, village administrations submit ADD disbursement requests in accordance with regulations.

“ADD disbursement in Central Lombok reaches 100 per cent with a total budget of Rp123 billion in 2026,” he said.

Meanwhile, only 51 villages out of 78 that submitted applications have conducted first-stage general village fund (DD) disbursements. Additionally, the DD allocation provided in 2026 has been reduced due to efficiency measures imposed by the government.

“DD disbursement has only reached 36 per cent of the total 142 villages in Central Lombok. This year’s DD is lower — previously it was Rp1-2 billion per village, now it can be Rp300 million per village,” he said.

He noted that DD applications can only be submitted after all tax arrears or payments for implemented programmes are settled.

“The requirement is that taxes must be paid in full and programmes delayed from previous years must be completed,” he said.

He stated that village administrations’ awareness regarding tax payments is quite good, although some villages still have outstanding payments.

“Tax arrears range from Rp2 million to Rp15 million. Village heads are assured they can settle these,” he said.
