Central Kalimantan Governor: "Report to Pak Gub" Complaint Channel Simplifies Process for the Public
Palangkaraya (ANTARA) - Central Kalimantan Governor Agustiar Sabran has now provided the “Lapor Pak Gub” channel, which the public can access to further simplify the submission of various reports, complaints, or aspirations.
“If there are any problems in Central Kalimantan, report them to us,” Central Kalimantan Governor Agustiar Sabran emphasised in his statement in Palangkaraya on Monday.
The public wishing to submit reports can access it through the site https://laporgub.kalteng.go.id/.
Through this channel, it is hoped that various reports can be made more easily, quickly, and certainly followed up promptly.
The various types of reports that can be submitted include a wide range of matters, such as road or bridge damage, complaints related to the Huma Betang Sejahtera Card welfare programme assistance, to unfit housing.
Then related to health, such as community health centres or health facilities, education such as schools or learning facilities, disasters such as fires, natural disasters, or emergency situations, as well as other issues.
“For example, injustice, there is the Police Chief, the Chief of the High Prosecutor’s Office, we will channel it. We are servants of the people,” said the governor.
The Central Kalimantan Provincial Government provides this channel as a means of public complaints and aspirations that is easily accessible, quick, and transparent.
Every report is verified and forwarded to the relevant regional apparatus for measured follow-up.
This service is also present because the provincial government considers active public participation as a very important part in realising responsive and accountable public services.
“Every report submitted becomes part of the development in Central Kalimantan,” explained Agustiar Sabran.
