Henggar explained that the budget of Rp5.276 billion is allocated for repairing severely damaged road sections in Kediren Village, Randublatung Subdistrict. ‘As directed by the Governor, the technical design will be reviewed to extend the length of road to be repaired,’ he stated on Monday, 1 June 2026. In 2025, the Singget-Doplang-Cepu road segment spanning 2.611 kilometres in Petak, Dinding, and Betekan villages was repaired with a budget of Rp19.92 billion. The provincial government has also allocated billions for provincial road repairs in Blora Regency. Between 2025 and 2026, the Central Java Provincial Government allocated Rp45.86 billion to repair 101.5 kilometres of provincial roads in Blora Regency. In addition to provincial budget funds, the government is pursuing support through the Presidential Instruction for Regional Roads (IJD) program. Henggar stated that three road segments in Blora Regency have been proposed for inclusion in the IJD program. ‘We have submitted these to the Presidential Instruction for Regional Roads. We hope all can proceed smoothly,’ he said. According to Central Java Provincial Government data, Rp46.6 billion in funding support for the Singget-Doplang-Cepu road segment has been requested from the Ministry of Public Works under the IJD program in 2026. In this regard, Central Java Governor Ahmad Luthfi instructed his team to promptly address public complaints regarding infrastructure conditions. He stated that social media viral complaints must be evaluated to improve government responsiveness to public needs. Luthfi also stressed the importance of quality in road repairs, urging officials not to work haphazardly. ‘Do not be hasty. Work must be carried out professionally,’ he insisted. He further directed that severely damaged roads be prioritised. ‘Road Office and relevant departments must take note. Any potholes or severely deteriorated roads must be prioritised for repair,’ he added. In addition to optimising provincial funds, Luthfi urged his team to diligently follow up on requests for central government assistance via ministries or the DPR RI to expedite infrastructure development in Central Java. The Central Java Provincial Government expressed gratitude for constructive public feedback. Luthfi noted that such input is vital for positive collaboration between government and citizens to improve public services across sectors, including infrastructure, clothing, food, housing, education, and healthcare.
