Central Java Government Launches Free Mobile Service for Electronic ID Card Processing

The Central Java provincial government has launched a free mobile service to make it easier for residents to obtain their electronic ID cards (e-KTP). The service, which includes data recording and iris scanning, was held at the Rumah Rakyat Jateng office in Semarang on Tuesday. This initiative is designed to bring administrative services closer to the public, simplifying the process of managing population documents, including cross-district ID cards, while also serving as a fast, easy, and transparent centre for public aspirations.
