The award was received by Yohan Fitriadi, Acting Head of the Session Division at the Central Java Provincial DPRD Secretariat, during the 81st Pengayoman Day commemoration ceremony at the Central Java provincial level. The event was held at the Central Java Regional Office of the Ministry of Law on Wednesday (19/8/2026).

The 81st Pengayoman Day commemoration this year carried the theme “Digital Transformation for Protective and Impactful Legal Services”. This theme serves as a momentum to strengthen the organisation and presentation of legal documents and information, making them faster, more accessible, transparent, and beneficial for the public.

Heni Susila Wardoyo, Head of the Central Java Regional Office of the Ministry of Law, acted as the ceremony inspector. He read out the mandate of the Indonesian Minister of Law. In the mandate, the Minister of Law emphasised the importance of measuring performance based on the benefits directly felt by the public.

“The true measure is how much our presence is felt and provides benefits to the community,” he said in a written statement on Wednesday (19/8/2026).

Furthermore, the Minister of Law instructed the importance of transforming working methods across all legal institutions through the integration of digital technology, the use of precision-based data for decision-making, and the efficiency of accountable authority that is increasingly closer to the public.

The achievement of a perfect score of 100 in JDIH management serves as evidence of the Central Java DPRD Secretariat’s commitment to integrating public information transparency with the digitalisation of legal documents. This achievement also demonstrates the Central Java DPRD’s efforts to provide legal information and documentation that is easily accessible to the public, in line with the national digital transformation agenda.
