Central Java BKD Denies Hoax About Part-Time PPPK Placement in Community Organisations
The Central Java Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) has denied circulating rumours regarding the placement of part-time Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) in community organisations (ormas). They have confirmed the information is a hoax. Acting Head of BKD Central Java, Dhoni Widianto, stated that after the news about PPPK placement in ormas spread, his party immediately conducted an investigation. “We responded to the issue straight away by tracking it. The result is that there is no truthful information regarding part-time PPPK being placed in ormas, because their placement is in accordance with applicable regulations,” he said on Thursday (23/7/2026). He added that his party had also checked the employee placement decrees (SK) across all regional apparatus organisations (OPD) within the Central Java Provincial Government. “From the results of the investigation, there is not a single employee placement decree, specifically for part-time PPPK, in community organisations,” he stated. Dhoni asked part-time PPPK workers and the public not to worry about or believe unverified information. “There is no need to be anxious because we have checked and traced it. The news is not true,” he said. He mentioned that the correction of the information regarding the PPPK placement issue in ormas has also been uploaded to the BKD Central Java social media account. “We have corrected the news on the BKD Central Java Province Instagram account. So, you can check it. We are transparent, please check the data on the BKD Central Java Province social media or IG,” Dhoni said. BKD Central Java urged the public to always verify information circulating on social media through official government channels before disseminating it, in order to prevent the spread of hoaxes.
