Central Jakarta Immigration Office Serves 300 Applicants in "Eazy Paspor" Programme
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Class I Non TPI Immigration Office in Central Jakarta served 300 passport applicants under the “Eazy Paspor” programme, in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, to commemorate Budget Day.
“Through the ‘Eazy Paspor’ activity, we aim to provide ease of access to immigration services, particularly for employees and the extended family of the Ministry of Finance, while supporting the commemoration of Budget Day with premium services,” said the Head of the Class I Non TPI Immigration Office in Central Jakarta, Iqbal Ma’ruf, in Jakarta on Thursday.
According to him, the “Eazy Paspor” programme offers convenience to applicants by allowing them to submit passport applications collectively, without needing to visit the immigration office in person.
The event was attended by 300 applicants consisting of Ministry of Finance employees along with their family members.
Iqbal stated that this activity represents a tangible effort to improve the quality of public services that are fast, easy, and transparent.
Furthermore, the synergy between the Immigration Office and the Ministry of Finance is expected to strengthen collaboration between government agencies in providing the best services to the public.
He added that the event proceeded in an orderly and smooth manner, while upholding service standards and applicable procedures. The applicants appeared enthusiastic in utilising this service, deeming it more practical and efficient.
“This activity is hoped to serve as an example of ongoing collaboration between government agencies in delivering innovative public services that are adaptive and responsive to the needs of the community,” he said.
