The Central Jakarta District Court has officially handed over the land and 15 buildings of Hotel Sultan to the applicant, the government, following the execution process. The handover was represented by the court’s bailiff, Ahyar Parmika, who read out the official report Number 1 Civil Execution/2006/PN Jakarta Pusat in case Number 208/Pdt.G/2025/PN Jakarta Pusat. The report stated that the court had successfully taken possession of two plots of land formerly under Right to Build (HGB) No. 26/Gelora, covering 53,709 square metres, and former HGB No. 27/Gelora, covering 83,666 square metres.

"The buildings located on the former HGB No. 26/Gelora and former HGB No. 27/Gelora total 15 buildings, including: Main Tower, Garden Tower, Lagoon Tower, Apartment Tower 1, Apartment Tower 2, Golden Ballroom, Kudus Hall, Nippon Resto, Homestay, Lagoon Garden, Qi Lounge, Tennis Court, Libra Garden, Fitness Centre, and Coffee Shop," said Ahyar while reading the execution report at the location on Thursday (18/6/2026).

Ahyar also stated that the vacation of Hotel Sultan had been successfully carried out. The court also inventoried and recorded the belongings of the respondent, PT Indobuildco, located inside the buildings. "Henceforth, the land and the aforementioned buildings are handed over to the Execution Applicant to be controlled by the Execution Applicant," Ahyar said.

Furthermore, the court ordered PT Indobuildco to submit the appendix of the official report to the applicant, the government. PT Indobuildco was given six months to remove its belongings from the buildings and relocate them to a provided location. The designated locations are Warehouse 1: Cikarang Warehouse Complex G-2C, Block CF Number 2, Pasirranji Village, Central Cikarang District, Bekasi Regency, West Java; and Warehouse 2: MM2100 Industrial Estate, Jalan Selayar 2, Block I/5, Cikedokan Village, West Cikarang District, Bekasi Regency, West Java.

"Subsequently, the Execution Applicant shall remove the items from within these buildings, transport them for relocation, and store them at the location provided for that purpose," Ahyar stated. "Regarding the items placed in the warehouse, the Execution Respondent is given the opportunity to retrieve its belongings within a period of six months, starting from the day and date this official report is made and signed, in coordination with the Execution Applicant or its representative," he continued.
