I appeal to the Ministry of Information to draw up regulations and sanctions not only for TV news broadcasts but also for advertisements. Several complaints have been voiced by the community regarding unethical and uneducational advertisements which often exploit women and children.

To ensure matters do not become worse it is high time the government set up advertisement censor agency so that all ads are subject to censorship before a TV station is allowed to air them.

It is not necessary to name the ads in question but the authorities will be able to manage them.
