Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk has approved a cash dividend of Rp1.54 trillion, or Rp468 per share, for the 2025 financial year at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST). In addition, the company authorised a share buyback programme of up to Rp750 billion as part of its corporate actions. For the year ended 2025, the group posted a net profit attributable to owners of Rp2.24 trillion. Of this, around Rp1.54 trillion is earmarked for the dividend, with the remainder booked as retained earnings. The entitlement to the dividend is for shareholders recorded in the Register of Shareholders on 5 June 2026 at 16:00 Western Indonesian Time. Dividend payments are scheduled to begin on 19 June 2026. At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB), shareholders approved the partial buyback of shares repurchased in 2021 and 2022 through a capital reduction of 84.53 million shares. Following these actions, issued and paid-up capital stood at Rp1.72 trillion. Separately, the company also approved a new buyback programme with a maximum value of Rp750 billion to run from 22 May 2026 to 21 May 2027. Indocement operates 14 own factories, plus two leased plants and one grinding mill, with total production capacity of 33.5 million tonnes of cement per year. The company employs around 4,100 people and markets brands including Semen Tiga Roda, Semen Rajawali, Mortar Tiga Roda and Semen Grobogan.
