PT KVB Futures Indonesia is leveraging the momentum of its first anniversary to strengthen its position in the futures trading sector through social initiatives and strategies to enhance customer loyalty amid the sustainable growth of the industry. To this end, KVB Futures held its inaugural corporate social responsibility (CSR) programme with the #BetterTogether vision at Yayasan Pondok Kasih Mandiri, Jakarta, coinciding with Easter celebrations.

This activity marks KVB’s initial step in building community engagement beyond its core business activities. At the foundation, KVB Futures organised various activities, including the distribution of social aid.

“At KVB Futures, we believe that meaningful impact starts with care. This initiative is a manifestation of our responsibility to support and give back to society, as well as our hope to continue creating sustainable positive impacts,” said Tonny Fong, President Director of KVB Futures, in a statement on Monday (27/4/2026).

This step comes amid the expansion of the futures trading industry in Indonesia. Data from the Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi (Bappebti) shows:

During January–November 2025, the overall notional value of commodity futures trading (PBK) was recorded at Rp42,867 trillion, representing a growth of 49.8 percent compared to the same period in the previous year.

The PBK transaction volume was recorded at 14.56 million lots, up 12 percent from the same period in the previous year. Of the total transaction value, commodity-based futures contracts contributed 89.48 percent.
