PT Chandra Daya Investasi Tbk (CDIA) posted net revenue of US$82.1 million in the first half of 2026, a 22.8 per cent increase compared to US$66.9 million in the same period last year. The growth was underpinned by ongoing expansion in the logistics business and infrastructure development. According to a written statement from CDIA management in Jakarta on Wednesday (29/7/2026), the logistics segment was the primary growth driver, with revenue reaching US$27 million, an 80.2 per cent increase compared to the first half of 2025. The rise was supported by the development of maritime and land logistics businesses. Meanwhile, energy segment revenue increased 5.4 per cent to US$51.8 million, remaining the largest contributor to the company’s total revenue. The port and storage segment contributed revenue of US$2.5 million, while other segments accounted for US$0.9 million. In line with revenue growth, CDIA recorded EBITDA of US$31.6 million, a 25.3 per cent increase compared to US$25.2 million in the first half of 2025. The EBITDA margin also improved to 38.5 per cent from 37.7 per cent previously. Net profit after tax was recorded at US$19.3 million, with a net profit margin of 23.5 per cent. As of 30 June 2026, CDIA held cash, cash equivalents, and marketable securities totalling US$658.7 million. This liquidity position provides the company with room to continue investing in strategic projects. The company’s total assets increased 10.9 per cent to US$1.93 billion, while total liabilities stood at US$826.3 million and equity reached US$1.11 billion. To support expansion, CDIA’s capital expenditure in the first half of 2026 reached US$94.2 million, up from US$85 million in the same period last year. In the logistics sector, CDIA operates the liquid chemical logistics vessel Novah with a capacity of 9,000 deadweight tonnage (DWT), serving both domestic and international distribution. The company is also expanding its fleet through the operation of the Boreas vessel with similar capacity to support chemical distribution and industrial supply chains. Beyond strengthening its fleet, the company allocated an investment of US$90 million to acquire a 40 per cent stake in PT Armada Maritim Persada as part of its expansion into mining logistics and port management. CDIA also invested US$15.5 million to acquire a 49 per cent stake in Petrosea Services Solutions Pte Ltd to broaden its customer base, diversify cargo flows, and strengthen long-term growth potential.
