CDIA Posts Revenue of US$122 Million

JAKARTA — PT Chandra Daya Investasi Tbk (CDIA) posted positive results in the first nine months of 2026. Revenue reached US$122 million, a 16 per cent increase on the same period last year.

Alongside revenue growth, the company’s EBITDA rose 65 per cent year on year to US$49.9 million. The result points to sound operational efficiency amid changing conditions in the energy and infrastructure industries.

Growth was also supported by increased contributions from new assets and recurring revenue from infrastructure businesses. CDIA maintained an EBITDA margin of 41 per cent, reflecting steady operating performance as it expanded its business portfolio.

CDIA management said in an official statement that more than 90 per cent of its revenue came from contracts, while third-party customers accounted for about 80 per cent of total revenue. “This composition is considered capable of supporting revenue visibility while broadening the company’s customer diversification,” the statement said on Thursday (29 October 2026).

CDIA recorded net profit of US$32.2 million for the period. However, the year-on-year comparison was affected by fair-value gains recorded in the same period a year earlier.

Asset expansion was also part of CDIA’s business development in 2026. The company continued to add capacity across several infrastructure segments to strengthen its position in domestic and regional markets.

The additional capacity spans water supply, ports and maritime logistics, and is expected to expand operational scale and support long-term revenue growth. The strategic move is a key driver of the company’s future business expansion.

In August 2026, CDIA inaugurated the Krenceng II Water Treatment Plant in Cilegon, Banten, with a capacity of 600 litres per second. The facility is intended to meet the needs of industrial and residential customers in Cilegon and surrounding areas.
