CCT-DMSL to Build Rp300 Billion Rest Area on Cimanggis Toll Road
PT Cimanggis Cibitung Tollways (CCT) and PT DMS Laguna (DMSL) have agreed to build a rest area at KM 63 of the Cimanggis-Cibitung Toll Road, with an investment value of Rp300 billion. CCT President Director Y. Widi Suharyanto stated that this collaboration is a strategic step for both companies to support the continuous improvement of operational service quality on the Cimanggis-Cibitung Toll Road, while providing greater benefits to the public by adhering to Minimum Service Standards. The agreement was formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding signed by CCT President Director Y. Widi Suharyanto, CCT Finance Director Ruddyar Ruslan, and DMSL Director Tatang Sukmana on Wednesday (24/6) at the Jatikarya Toll Plaza in Bekasi. Widi noted that the presence of the KM 63 Rest Area demonstrates the company’s commitment to improving services for Cimanggis-Cibitung Toll Road users. The facility will not only offer a comfortable and safe resting place but also support economic growth and regional development around the toll road corridor. The Type A rest area, to be built on both sides of the road with a total area of approximately 12 hectares in Bekasi Regency, will be equipped with various facilities, services, and commercial areas. Beyond meeting required facility standards, the development will incorporate sustainable principles through environmentally friendly concepts and energy efficiency. PT DMS Propertindo Tbk President Director Mohamad Prapanca added that the collaboration is a strategic move for DMSL to contribute to integrated commercial area development, creating long-term added value for all stakeholders. He expressed optimism that the rest area will become a modern, competitive, and sustainable service and commercial destination. The KM 63 Rest Area is targeted to commence operations in the second half of 2028.
