CCEP Indonesia Secures Business Stability through New Collective Labour Agreement for 2026–2028

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia (CCEP Indonesia) is reinforcing its business foundation through the signing of the Collective Labour Agreement (PKB) for the 2026–2028 period. This agreement is considered crucial for maintaining operational stability while driving long-term productivity. The PKB was signed by management through PT Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia and PT Coca-Cola Distribution Indonesia, together with representatives of the workers’ union at the Bekasi 1 Factory in Cikarang Barat, Bekasi Regency, West Java.
