Indonesia’s crypto asset industry is entering a new phase as the use of blockchain technology expands beyond trading activities. Strengthening regulation, expanding the use of digital assets, and building trust are identified as key factors that will determine the future direction of the industry.

These developments will be the focus of the CFX Crypto Conference (CCC) 2026, organised by PT Central Finansial X (CFX) in Jakarta on 8 June 2026. The event coincides with the third anniversary of CFX’s journey as the first licensed crypto asset exchange in Indonesia.

Under the theme “Chapter III: Pillars of Trust, Building a Resilient Foundation for the Sustainability and Sovereignty of Digital Assets”, the conference will bring together regulators, industry players, academics, and the public to discuss the development of the national digital asset ecosystem.

CFX President Director Subani stated that the global crypto industry is currently undergoing significant changes. Crypto assets are no longer viewed solely as investment instruments but are beginning to evolve into various applications within the digital finance sector.

According to him, the development of stablecoins, crypto repos, and the tokenisation of real-world assets (RWA) demonstrates the growing potential of blockchain technology in economic activities.

“In this year’s CCC, we are focusing on strengthening the pillar of trust as the key to the maturity and innovation of the ecosystem. We believe that to drive industry scalability, all parties must move in synergy. Therefore, one of the main focuses is to encourage the development and expansion of crypto asset use cases beyond trading activities,” said Subani on Wednesday (3/6/2026).

CFX believes that collaboration between regulators, industry, academics, and innovators is necessary to ensure that digital asset development proceeds alongside strengthened governance and consumer protection.

Through various discussion sessions, CCC 2026 will review the challenges, opportunities, and latest developments in Indonesia’s digital asset industry to ensure it remains capable of following global dynamics.

In addition to the discussion forums, the conference will also serve as a platform for the signing of memorandums of understanding between CFX and several universities, as well as the launch of new products in the digital asset sector.

CFX will also once again present awards to Digital Financial Asset Traders (PAKD) through the Anugerah Ksatria CFX 2026 as a form of appreciation for their contribution to the development of the national crypto asset industry.

Subani noted that CCC 2026 is expected to be a collaborative space capable of generating ideas and initiatives to support a stronger and more sustainable digital asset industry.

“CCC 2026 is an effort by the CFX Crypto Exchange to create a space that fosters concrete ideas for creating a high-quality and high-integrity crypto asset ecosystem,” he added.
