Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) Price Panel released in Jakarta on Sunday at 06:40 Western Indonesian Time, national consumer-level prices for various food commodities were recorded as follows:
Premium rice stood at Rp15,425 per kg, down Rp167 from the previous day, whilst medium rice was at Rp12,900 per kg, down Rp490. Food Supply and Price Stability (SPHP) rice was at Rp12,450 per kg, up marginally by Rp5 from the previous day.
Non-SPHP medium rice was at Rp13,480 per kg, down Rp464, whilst local specialty rice was at Rp15,500 per kg, up Rp297 from the previous day.
Farm-level maize was recorded at Rp6,100 per kg, down Rp740 from the previous day, whilst imported dried soybeans fell to Rp10,225 per kg, down Rp672.
Shallots rose to Rp42,846 per kg, up Rp602, whilst peeled garlic was at Rp35,667 per kg, down Rp3,501 from the previous day.
Curly red chilli was priced at Rp48,462 per kg, up Rp951, whilst large red chilli was at Rp46,077 per kg, down Rp1,687 from the previous day.
Pure beef was at Rp139,667 per kg, up Rp1,611, whilst broiler chicken was at Rp42,769 per kg, up Rp1,448 from the previous day.
Consumer sugar was at Rp17,719 per kg, down Rp487 from the previous day.
Packaged cooking oil was at Rp19,831 per litre, down Rp1,376; bulk cooking oil was at Rp16,962 per litre, down Rp797; and Minyakita was at Rp17,750 per litre, down Rp1,264 from the previous day.
Bulk wheat flour was at Rp9,077 per kg, down Rp610, whilst packaged wheat flour was at Rp12,250 per kg, down Rp641 from the previous day.
Mackerel was priced at Rp41,833 per kg, down Rp3,800; skipjack tuna was at Rp36,750 per kg, down Rp1,064; and milkfish was at Rp36,333 per kg, down Rp1,108 from the previous day.
Consumer salt was at Rp11,467 per kg, down Rp18 from the previous day.
Frozen imported buffalo meat was at Rp110,000 per kg, down Rp2,034 from the previous day.
