Catherine Hindra Sutjahyo resigns as GOTO Deputy CEO

On 28 August 2026, the company received a letter of resignation from Catherine Hindra Sutjahyo from her position as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company, citing personal and family reasons.

Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) announced that the company had received a letter of resignation from Catherine Hindra Sutjahyo from her position as Deputy Chief Executive Officer on 28 August 2026.

The company stated that the resignation was due to personal or family reasons.

“On 28 August 2026, the company received a letter of resignation from Mrs Catherine Hindra Sutjahyo from her position as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company due to personal/family reasons,” said GOTO Corporate Secretary R A Koesoemohadiani in an information disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in Jakarta on Friday.

Koesoemohadiani further stated that the company would comply with and implement the provisions set out in Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) 33/2014 and OJK Regulation No. 15/POJK.04/2020 concerning the Planning and Holding of General Meetings of Shareholders of Public Companies (POJK 15/2020).

In addition, the company will act in accordance with the provisions of its Articles of Association to convene a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) and seek shareholder approval for the resignation of the said member of the Board of Directors.

The GMS, with an agenda to approve the resignation of the aforementioned party, will be held on 14 October 2026.

Koesoemohadiani confirmed that the event would not have a detrimental impact on the company’s operational activities, legal condition, financial condition, or business continuity going forward.

“This event does not have a detrimental impact on the company’s operational activities, legal condition, financial condition, or business continuity,” said Koesoemohadiani.

Following Catherine’s resignation, GOTO’s Board of Directors currently consists of President Director Hans Patuwo, Director Simon Tak Leung Ho, Director Monica Lynn Mulyanto, Director R.A. Koesoemohadiani, Director Wuzhen (William) Xiong, and Director Sudhanshu Raheja.

Meanwhile, GOTO’s Board of Commissioners consists of President Commissioner Agus D. W. Martowardojo, Independent Commissioners John A. Prasetio, Dirk Van den Berghe, and Marjorie Tiu Lao, as well as Commissioners Wishnutama Kusubandio, Andre Soelistyo, and Santoso Kartono.
