Catering to Consumers, Nellava Introduces 999.9 Pure Precious Metals
Customer trust serves as the foundation for Nellava Bullion in strengthening its services. The precious metals producer is manifesting this commitment through improved product quality, accelerated delivery queues, transparent refund processing, and the expansion of its official distributor network across Indonesia.
Nellava has raised the purity standard for its silver product line from 999.5 to 999.9. With this update, the entire collection of gold and silver from Nellava now adheres to the 999.9 quality standard. This technical policy was implemented to ensure that every product in circulation offers competitive long-term added value for its owners.
“Growth must always be accompanied by increased quality and responsibility. We continue to improve our products, services, communication, and order fulfilment processes to ensure customer trust remains intact,” said Nellava’s Marketing Director, Alif Fauzan, in a written statement received on Sunday (30/8/2026).
Alongside the surge in market demand, supply chain and distribution management have become the company’s primary focus. Internal data indicates that Nellava has received over 15,000 silver orders, with 12,000 of these successfully delivered. For gold products, approximately 1,280 out of a total of 2,000 orders have reached customers.
Shipping procedures are guaranteed to continue continuously until all order queues are resolved. In the field, this fulfilment process has triggered various consumer responses, ranging from decisions to transact again and providing recommendations, to interest from several parties in joining the partnership ecosystem.
On the other hand, the company is also mapping diverse consumer preferences in facing the dynamics of waiting times. Some consumers choose to wait for the completion of the delivery process, while others opt for order cancellations or refunds.
The company affirms its position to respect both options professionally. Addressing issues regarding the handling of consumer rights, Nellava emphasised its commitment to conducting refund request procedures transparently. Every application that meets the operational terms and conditions is processed structurally in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
“Refunds are not a responsibility we avoid. If a customer chooses a refund and the application meets the requirements, the company will verify and process it according to the applicable procedures,” said Alif.
As part of its internal measures, management is also conducting a thorough update of communication channels and customer service centres. This step aims to minimise information uncertainty regarding order completion status and the stages of fund reimbursement verification.
The company also provided clarification regarding its large-scale marketing strategy, which had previously attracted public attention. Aggressive market penetration often raises questions regarding cost structures and the company’s operational profitability levels.
