Case file of former Brimob member who killed a student handed over to the Tual Prosecutor's Office

ANTARA - The Maluku Police have handed over the case file of former Brimob member, Masias Siahaya, who assaulted Arianto Tawakal (14), a student at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri, resulting in his death, to the Tual Prosecutor’s Office. The Head of Public Relations of the Maluku Police, Kombes Pol Rositah Umasugi, stated on Wednesday (25/2) that Masias faces a potential 15-year prison sentence and appealed to the public to trust the legal process according to applicable regulations.
