Case File Complete, Drug Courier for Ko Erwin Network Transferred to Prosecutors
Bareskrim Polri has completed the case file for one of the suspects in the drug network of kingpin Erwin Iskandar, alias Ko Erwin. Patrisius, who served as a drug courier for Ko Erwin, has now been handed over to prosecutors.
The handover of the suspect and case file took place today at the Bima District Prosecutor’s Office. It was carried out by investigators from Sub-Directorate IV of the Narcotics Directorate at Bareskrim Polri, to public prosecutors at the Bima District Prosecutor’s Office.
“The overall process of transferring the suspect and evidence proceeded safely, orderly, and smoothly,” said the Head of Sub-Directorate IV of the Narcotics Crime Directorate at Bareskrim Polri, Police Commissioner Handik Zusen, to journalists on Monday (13 July 2026).
Handik said investigators also handed over the evidence in the case against Patrisius to prosecutors. The evidence consists of one mobile phone allegedly used in Ko Erwin’s drug transactions.
Patrisius’s detention now falls under the authority of the prosecutors. The case will soon proceed to the trial stage.
As is known, Bareskrim Polri arrested Patrisius at a rented house in East Jakarta on 25 March 2026. The arrest was part of the ongoing investigation into Ko Erwin’s drug network.
After being secured without resistance, Patrisius was immediately taken to the headquarters of the Narcotics Crime Directorate at Bareskrim Polri for intensive questioning.
Initial interrogation revealed Patrisius’s role in detail. He confessed to having acted repeatedly as a crystal methamphetamine courier under Ko Erwin’s orders throughout 2024 and 2025.
One of his largest operations took place in November 2025. At that time, Patrisius collected a package of crystal methamphetamine weighing approximately one kilogram from a hotel room in the Harmoni area of Central Jakarta. The high-value contraband was then smuggled and sent to the Bima region by road using a passenger bus.
For delivering the contraband, Patrisius admitted to receiving a payment of Rp 20 million, which was transferred directly to his personal bank account.
