Cartenz Task Force Arrests Armed Criminal Group Member for Police Shooting in Intan Jaya

The Cartenz Peace Operation Task Force 2026 has arrested a member of an Armed Criminal Group (KKB) with the initials PP in Bajemba Village, Sugapa District, Intan Jaya Regency, Central Papua, on Wednesday (24/6). The Head of Public Relations for the Cartenz Peace Operation 2026, Senior Commissioner Yusuf Sutejo, stated in Jayapura on Friday (26/6) that the suspect is believed to have been involved in the shooting at the Intan Jaya Action Task Force Tower Post, which killed a member of the Indonesian National Police in 2024.
