Jakarta – PT Carsurin Tbk (CRSN), a Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) company, projects revenue to grow 22.42% year-on-year to Rp618.16 billion in 2026, up from Rp504.96 billion in 2025. The company also projects EBITDA of Rp91.20 billion and net profit of Rp17.52 billion in 2026. ‘The largest contribution still comes from inspection and testing services which are the company’s core business,’ said CRSN Director Theresia Ivonne in a statement released in Jakarta on Thursday. The company expects its debt-to-equity ratio to improve from 0.68x in 2025 to 0.30x in 2026. Theresia emphasised the commitment to strengthen financial foundations and operational efficiency, as shown by the projected DER reduction to 0.30x in 2026, underscoring a prudent financial strategy and reliance on internal capital. The company outlined strategic steps through the formation of several new subsidiaries in 2025, including PT Carsurin Nickel Integrity, PT Carsurin Coal Trust, PT Carsurin Trinova Global, PT Carsurin Safe Logix, PT Carsurin EcoTrust International, and PT Carsurin Certiva International. ‘The formation of new subsidiaries is aimed at supporting business expansion and the development of new services aligned with the needs of future industries,’ Theresia said. In addition, the company expanded into new sectors such as carbon footprint analysis, environmental testing, Verification and Validation Body (LVV), Greenhouse Gas (GRK) certification, food testing, biomass certification, ammonia markets, training, and advanced digital solutions including drone and AI-based analytics. CRSN Chief Executive Erwin Manurung said the company continues to strengthen its position as a trusted partner for the industrial sector and government through TIC services that support safety, quality, compliance and risk mitigation. ‘The company sees very substantial growth opportunities as demand grows for sustainability services, emissions verification, electric vehicle ecosystems, testing of strategic minerals, and digital transformation across industries. We are committed to delivering innovative services that meet market needs,’ Erwin said. As part of the green economy transformation strategy, the company continues to develop services in Greenhouse Gas certification, carbon trading, EV battery testing, domestic content verification (TKDN), and nickel ore testing to support the national electric vehicle supply chain. It also strengthens digital capabilities through autonomous drone solutions, AI-based analytics, and integrated solutions for the mining sector. Operationally, the company continues to expand its service network with 21 branches and 18 laboratories across strategic locations in Indonesia. The company is also developing facilities in Halmahera Sofifi and Morowali, and building a mining office and laboratory in Pontianak to support capacity expansion for minerals and nickel sector services.
